Fade into you?
Ok, who's the dumbass that picks the week his fantabulous girlfriend is off gallivanting across Europe to become once again obsessed with this wonderfully depressing song?
I think that dumbass is me. Yup.
At least it's not The Sunday's cover of "Wild Horses"... Ah, shit man. There I go again.
No, I'm not going to stick my head in the oven now, stop worrying. I've been in a surprisingly great mood lately. Odd, huh? When I stop posting and you guys go, "where's Maki been" and you stop by my house and hear either of those songs on repeat through the closed windows I officially give you permission to kick in the door and immediately force-feed me some Zoloft and throw in some Off The Wall to snap me out of it. Thanks for that in advance.

You'd be shocked how great a mood I'm in, considering she's gone and I'm listening to depressing music!
I'm sorry...I could never do that to the Sundays. I'd make you listen to all three albums....repeatedly.
Actually, PK, that's me, with my Gmail open in Firefox, hitting refresh every 4 seconds going, "WHY GOD WHY DON'T THEY HAVE RELIABLE INTERNET OVER THERE" and then I snap out of it.
Holly, I like The Sundays. It wouldn't be like it's torture to make me listen to them... Even if "Wild Horses" is a downer like that.
I think Fade Into You is beautiful, but it was on a jeans commercial a few years ago and it was ruined. Now I picture that woman writhing around in her jeans when I hear it. That is, after I stop giggling at "I wanna hold the hand inside you." Ha ha!! THAT'S NOT MY HAND! YOU WERE DUPED!!
Never seen that commercial, thank god. I'm still ticked The Smiths' "How Soon Is Now?" showed up in a commercial for a Nissan Maxima or something ridiculous like that. I'm guessing Johnny Marr and whoever the bassist and drummer were needed to pay their rent? Who knows.
Thank you for reminding me why I watch so little TV. Though I did hear Massive Attack's "Teardrop" while I was taping Prison Break last night and that was kinda cool even if they used it 7 years too late...
If I was in charge of movie and tv soundtracks, the only songs I would use would be blatantly offensive and dirty. You know why? Because, like I said above, I'm in charge. That's right!
TV Themes? One Tree Hill would open with Nirvana's "Territorial Pissings". That's what you get for claiming an address.
That scene in ET where they bike past the moon? that's an easy one! Nine Inch Nails, baby! "I Wanna **** You Like an Animal". Of course, I would take creative license and change the word "animal" to "alien".
Well, maybe my ideas will change when my mood improves. Who knows? I had a rough morning. I'm going to go take a nice lunch and try to think of fun songs. But I won't get too happy, or I might change the whole Schindler's List soundtrack to Abba.
Drinking, drinking, drinking, drinking, drinking, drinking, drinking, drinking, drinking...
Whenever you're ready to start, boyo. Nothing chases the blues away like a chaser. And a couple of shots.
No drinking tomorrow since I'm donating blood in the afternoon. Hopefully I can still play dodgeball, but that might even be a stretch.
Can't even joke around you people... Really, I'm fine. Been listening to Sublime all afternoon and the only side effect is a bad case of the munchies for some reason.
My mouth tastes like onions. Strong onions.
I love the food here...
Oh wait, that was from a hamburger...
å do you speak American??å
HA!!
Now Iäm going to go watch Swedish tv... last night, Martha and I watch some movie with The Rock in Swedish while lying in bed. FUN!
This Martha sounds pretty lucky. Well, aside from the onion part...
Who ever it was that said "I should go out and drink on Wednesday" was a dumbass.
WTG: Last night would not have been good for me and drinking. Trust me. After almost passing out at dodgeball, there wasn't much left in the tank.
Tell me where and when this weekend and I'm there. We need to do something for Cinco de Mayo at the very least...
Lindz: I point and laugh at you, Nelson-style. HA HA!
Ha ha!! nononono! I was totally putting the blame on myself! I had a terrible headache when I woke up, now I just feel like I have balance issues.
You people need to calm the FUCK down, I think. It could have been an HNT. Then where would you be, huh? WHERE WOULD YOU BE. In even more FUCKING trouble.
